Upon arrival, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for, but the hotel is situated in a great location near many cafes, eateries, an underground station, and just a stone's throw from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The service was exceptional. The staff were first-class helpful and always cheerful, instantly turning any disappointment into a trivial matter. A massive shoutout to the team for their outstanding efforts. Definitely a place I would stay at again, especially being close to two underground stations and plenty of shops around.
